Parma Transmission did a fantastic job for us. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent communicators. They not only helped source a replacement transmission, ensured it was in great shape and secured a warranty, but the replacement and turn around time was very quick. 10/10 recommend.

Brought my wife's car to Parma Transmission on the recommendation of our usual mechanic. Great call. Pete treated me with respect and professionalism. Ran the vehicle thru diagnostics and quoted a fair price (based on my own research). The car was available within 24hours and now runs like a top.

Comforting knowing the service is done even at 51000 miles but at 25 yrs old and being a second owner not knowing the status of a sealed transmission is Comforting knowing it's done right and not at the big box dealership prices and skill level. I highly recommend this shop for quality workmanship.
